Fresh Celery Juice

  • Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • 5 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 of a green apple for a slightly sweeter taste
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • Optional: 1 tsp of lemon juice for additional flavor
  • If blending use a nut milk bag to strain the pulp

Directions

Juicer instructions:

  1. Grab three stalks of celery and cut off the base and the top of each stalk
  2. Wash gently
  3. Cut the celery stalks into smaller chucks and feed into the juicer
  4. Juice the celery
  5. Optional: cut the green apple half into slices and put into the juicer
  6. Optional: add the lemon juice and stir
  7. Transfer to a cup and enjoy!

Blender instructions:

  1. Grab three stalks of celery and cut off the base and the top of each stalk
  2. Wash gently
  3. Cut the celery stalks into smaller chucks and put into the blender
  4. Blend the celery well
  5. Optional: cut the green apple half into slices and put into the blender
  6. Use a nut-milk bag to strain out the pulp
  7. Optional: add the lemon juice and stir
  8. Transfer to a cup and enjoy!

Tip: Drink immediately after preparation on an empty stomach for best results.
