This recipe is both vegan and gluten-free, and it has ingredients that are packed with minerals and vitamins. The cashews are used as the main ingredient for these bliss balls because they are packed with healthy fats and vitamins that are vital for maintaining good bodily function. The pistachios are quite nutritious as they are high in antioxidants, fiber, and protein. Delivering immune boosting and anti-inflammatory properties, the antioxidant filled turmeric is what makes this bliss ball recipe extra special (and good for your gut health)!

For those what want something a little extra, this particular recipe has maca powder, which is great for increasing energy levels and stamina. However, if you want these bliss balls to chill you out, I recommend adding CBD oil to the recipe. For those who regularly take CBD, the benefits can include: relief from anxiety and depression, decreased inflammation, and reduced joint pain. Whether you want to up your energy or chill out, give this recipe a try!
