Private yoga sessions are the perfect introduction to yoga if you are hesitant to jump right into a studio class or are returning to yoga with new circumstances (injury, illness, pre-natal/post-partum). Explore the fundamentals of yoga and learn specific breathing techniques, alignment, adjustments, modifications and techniques that you can apply to your own practice.
These one-on-one yoga sessions can be as regular or infrequent as you like, so we can work on any combination of flexibility, strength, balance, passive stretching, relaxation, and meditation. That way you get exactly what you want/need from your yoga sessions.

Deepen your practice at the time and place of your convenience. Whether it is at your home, office, or studio, save time bypassing the studio as I come straight to you.
Once your introductory session is scheduled, we will spend that time to get to know each other, assess your needs, and discuss what you are looking for from your yoga practice. Once I know your needs, I will create and follow up with a plan for your private yoga sessions at your desired schedule.
